There was a time when I didn’t know what Mössbauer spectroscopy was. Now I do and so does the USCIS. I also know now that the new argument I have used for this case can be as compelling as natural science. That the vast amount of unpublished raw experimental data in my client’s possession merited the waiver of a labor certification and an approval of his self-petition in the National Interest. I argued that his data alone distinguished him from his otherwise qualified U.S. colleagues because it could be immediately and profitably used by any U.S. laboratory to advance research and save millions of dollars in funding.
