For some, I am an immigration lawyer in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts. For others, I am a one-man army deploying — parkour style — all over the map and in all areas of employment-based immigration and family-based immigration. I represent good people of all nationalities and businesses of all legal shapes and sizes. My clients actually include many other immigration lawyers and law firms (ssh). One of my colleagues even insists that I have incredible karma.
Dealing with bureaucracy on a daily basis, I find solace in keeping my own practice accessible, my letters free of clichés, my consultations to the point, and my mind clear of corporate philosophies. I find simple and often elegant solutions to my clients’ problems while making sure that they obtain temporary visas, permanent alien labor certifications, immigrant visa petition approvals, green cards, naturalization, waivers or any other benefits they seek in the most efficient, cost-effective, and hassle-free way possible.
