Consulting Services for Attorneys and Law Firms

In addition to running my own practice, I provide consulting services to other attorneys and law firms. I like working on other lawyers’ cases to keep myself in good shape when I am not working on my own. My favorite assignments are appeals to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), motions to U.S. CIS Service Centers, Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIRs). In other words, I like helping others solve problems which I then try to avoid in my own practice. I also handle PERMs and Requests for Reconsideration to Certifying Officers and appeals to the Bureau of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA).
